How does buying remotely work?
The process follows five steps.
- Brief: send your piece, shape, size and budget, or call us.
- Consultation: we talk it through by phone or video.
- Diamonds: we present options with photos, video and grading reports.
- Design: for custom pieces, you approve CAD images before we make it.
- Delivery: quality checked, then sent insured and signed for.
How do you show diamonds remotely?
We photograph and film diamonds on the GemLightbox Pro, a professional diamond imaging system, so you can see how each one handles light. We can compare two or three diamonds side by side on the same video call.
How is jewellery delivered?
All Australian orders go by Australia Post Express with tracking, transit insurance and signature on delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates set by Australia Post. If resizing or other changes are needed before dispatch, we confirm revised timing first.
Shipping and returnsWhat about ring size?
Tell us early, so we can make or size the ring correctly before dispatch. Resizing is quoted individually, and resized items aren’t eligible for store credit, so it pays to get the size right first.
Ring resizingWhat are my rights?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition to those rights.
